Pensmore
TF is the chosen forming system and builder for Pensmore, a very large chateau-style structure 50 miles east of Joplin, MO. Built entirely out of concrete and one of the largest homes in the United States, it is breaking new ground in terms of sustainability and energy efficiency. It is designed to keep its occupants safe in an F5 tornado or a major earthquake. Pensmore will be a green, sustainable, private residence using cutting edge technology to achieve its mission of being energy neutral, one of which technologies is the TransForm concrete forming system. Bethel Church, VA
TransForm was chosen as the forming system for a two-story, 8,000sq ft church addition in Northern Virginia. Using pex-tubing in its walls, the church will be able to accommodate more people in more space with the lowest possible utility costs.
