The 72,000 square foot estate makes it the fourth largest home in the nation called, Pensmore. This modern day, state of the art, energy efficient, disaster proof chateau is designed by the successful entrepreneur, Steven Huff using ICF construction.
Pensmore showcases energy efficient and disaster recovery technologies using TF Forming System and Helix by Polytorx. Our TF TransForm System forms along with Helix fibers create Pensmore’s structural integrity and sustainability against an F5 tornado or bomb blast.
In addition to being a complete concrete home Pensmore is even more energy efficient with heating and cooling the giant estate. There are plastic tubes running through the concrete walls that carry a liquid anti-freeze. The tubes are then powered by solar energy to heat and cool the home.
The location of Pensmore was not just based on the beautiful views of the Ozarks but to have four distinct seasons to watch the energy flow throughout all of the seasons.
