Simpler
TransForm and ThermoForm allow everyone to come up to speed faster. ThermoForm has half the parts and both systems take half the training of ICFs. There are fewer parts to keep track of and they store in less space, yet you can do everything other forming systems do - and more. With TF forms you can also easily get inside the wall after the forms are in place, something impossible with traditional block ICFs.
Pour doors are another benefit unique to TF System products. Builders may raise foam pieces up as needed, acting as doors to ease the pouring process. Lego block ICFs are unable to do this.
Faster
In the 1950s, poured wall contractors switched from horizontal forms to vertical forms. Why? Because it's faster and simpler. The same is true for our forming systems, for the same reasons. With TF Forming Systems, walls go up with two-thirds the time and labor of other ICFs.
Less Investment
Our forming systems require less equipment. You build your wall entirely from the ground so you don't need scaffolding to set the forms. The channels on the top and bottom of the wall hold it straighter than other ICFs so you can space your kickers about twice as far apart. That translates to less money being put up and tied up. The ThermoForm system is a true ICF solution with no investment in removable reusable forms required. The TransForm system combines the benefits of ICF with a reusable removable form system. However the initial investment in forms components with TransForm is less than a third of the investment required for a traditional removable forming system. The end result is less capital investment for a more flexible, lighter weight and robust solution.
